Analysis of body composition

The Bodyscan® offers a comprehensive Analysis of your body composition in only 30 seconds with the help of bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA). This quick and informative measurement gives you Insights into important health parameters such as the body mass index (BMI), the percentage of muscle and fat mass and the total percentage of body water.

The analysis also provides a Cell fitness valuewhich evaluates the performance of your cells. Based on these precise results, you receive a Personal evaluation and recommendations by qualified specialist personnel in order to Optimize health in a targeted manner and improve it in the long term.

Procedure

Preparation and advice

Determination of requirements: Contact us to discuss your individual wishes and goals for the day of action. Together we will clarify the date on which the screening should take place, the time frame, how many people should take part and how they can best be coordinated on the day of action.
Communication: Inform your employees internally about the upcoming measure and the benefits of participation.

Organization and implementation

Prerequisites:
15 min per person | no changing rooms | 2×2 m area | power connection required | not suitable for pregnant women or people with pacemakers
Structure: Our BGM team prepares everything for the implementation and brings along all the necessary materials.
Implementation: The screening is carried out exclusively by qualified specialist staff. The measurements are individual appointments with the employees.

Evaluation and follow-up

Results: Immediately after the screening, employees receive a personal evaluation and tips for a healthy (working) day.
Further measures: The company receives recommendations for further measures in the context of occupational health management.
Obtain feedback: After the day of action, you will have the opportunity to give us your feedback. We would like to know how the screening was received by your employees and which aspects were particularly positive or in need of improvement.
