Balance and dexterity

The Slackline offers a challenging and at the same time entertaining way to improve your Balance and dexterity to train. On a specially made belt stretched between two fixed points, participants learn to use their Center of the body stabilize and Balance to hold.

This activity not only activates the Deep and stabilizing musclesbut also promotes the Concentration. The slackline is a sporting highlight that is perfect for all experience levels and is a lot of fun.
