Interactive light reflex training

The BlazePod® system offers you and your employees innovative training to improve Reaction time, stamina and ability to concentrate. In only 1 minute per person participants can playfully improve their performance by reacting to digital light signals. The pods are Flexible mounting - be it on the floor, on the wall or on various objects.

Through the Digital evaluation you receive immediate feedback on your performance and have the opportunity to compare yourself with others in a Leaderboard to measure. Experience a dynamic trainingthe central neuromotor processes and is suitable for all fitness levels.

Procedure

Preparation and advice

Determination of requirements: Contact us to discuss your individual wishes and goals for the BlazePod® experience. We will clarify how many people should take part and on which date the health event should take place.
Module selection: Based on your specifications, we will inform you about the different experience options with BlazePod®, including the flexibility in pod placement and exercises available.

Organization and implementation

Prerequisites:
1 min per person | no changing rooms | 5×5 m area
Structure: Our BGM team prepares everything for the implementation of the BlazePod® system and provides the optimum technical equipment.
Implementation: On the day of the event, our specialist staff will supervise the BlazePod® experience. They are on hand to guide participants through the exercises, answer questions and give valuable tips on improving reaction times and concentration.
Optional: Welcome by the management or a responsible person to emphasize the importance of the measure.

Evaluation and follow-up

Obtain feedback: After the event, you will have the opportunity to give us your feedback. We would like to know how the BlazePod® training was received by your employees and which aspects were particularly good or could be improved.
