Preparation and advice

• Determination of requirements: Contact us to arrange an appointment for your individual workplace analysis with our health team. Together we will clarify which aspects are most relevant for you and your working environment.
• Registration: After your request, we will arrange a suitable date for the analysis. You will receive all the necessary information about our procedure and details about the on-site implementation.

Organization and implementation

• Access: On the day of the workplace analysis, our specialist staff will come directly to you. You show us your workplace and together we adjust the ergonomic conditions. During the analysis, you have the opportunity to ask questions and receive individual advice on your working environment.
• Support: Our team is also available to you after the analysis. If you have any questions or other concerns, we will be happy to help you integrate the content and tips discussed into your day-to-day work.

Evaluation and follow-up

• Obtain feedback: After the analysis, you have the opportunity to give us your feedback. We would like to know how the workplace analysis was received by you and your employees and which aspects were particularly helpful or in need of improvement. Your input is important to us in order to continuously improve our services.
