3. Type of data processed
As part of our services in the area of Corporate Health Management, which include, but are not limited to: health days, health analyses, workshops, coaching, courses, consulting, seminars, team-building measures, as well as other health promotion services according to §20 SGB V and other services listed on the contractor's website: www.company-move.de, we also process personal data. Where possible, data will be anonymized. However, pseudonymized processing may be necessary in individual cases. However, names and contact details will not be permanently recorded. The values determined will be transferred directly to the respective person without any storage or assignment.

4. Purpose of data processing
The health data collected as part of our services are used exclusively for the individual information of the participating person. This data is not stored, shared, or otherwise processed subsequently. The processing is primarily carried out in an anonymized form. In certain cases, processing of pseudonymized data may be necessary. Therefore, the data is subject to the provisions of the GDPR.
5. Legal basis
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR and Art. 9 para. 2 lit. h GDPR.
6. Storage Duration
The processed data will be stored only as long as necessary for the performance of our services. Deletion will occur as soon as the purpose of processing ceases to exist and there is no legal basis for further storage, in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR.
7. Your Rights
Through the processing of personal data, you have the rights under the GDPR to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), or objection (Art. 21 GDPR). 8. Right to complain

9. Anonymization
To the extent possible, personal data will be processed in anonymized form. This means that the data cannot be attributed to an identified or identifiable natural person. Pseudonymized processing will only be carried out if it is necessary to achieve the processing purposes and in compliance with data protection regulations.
10. Data Security
We place great importance on the security of all collected data. We use technical and organizational measures to ensure that health data is protected during collection and processing. This includes, among other things, restricted access to the collection and evaluation areas, as well as the direct and secure transmission of evaluation results to the respective person.
