3. Type of data processed
As part of the application process, we process personal data that you provide to us in connection with your application. This includes in particular:
- Master data (e.g., name, date of birth)
- Contact details (e.g., address, phone number, email address)
- Application data (e.g., resume, cover letter, certificates, qualifications)
- Communication data (e.g., email correspondence with you)
- possibly special categories of personal data pursuant to Art. 9 para. 1 GDPR (e.g., health data, if voluntarily provided)
4. Purpose of data processing
Processing is carried out exclusively for the purpose of conducting the application process and for deciding on the establishment of an employment relationship. No disclosure to third parties will occur.
5. Legal basis
Processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for the initiation of an employment relationship and – insofar as special categories of personal data are concerned – in accordance with Art. 9 (2) (b) GDPR.
6. Storage Duration
Your application documents will be stored for the duration of the application process. If no employment is offered, the documents will be deleted at the latest six months after the conclusion of the process, provided there is no legal basis for longer retention or you have expressly agreed to longer storage.
7. Your Rights
Through the processing of personal data, you have the rights under the GDPR to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). Finally, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 GDPR:

9. Anonymization
As part of the application process, anonymization is generally not carried out. All information will be processed in a personally identifiable form, as it is necessary for individual assessment and communication.
10. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of your data. This includes, in particular, restricting access to application documents and secure electronic storage.
11. Changes to Privacy Information
We reserve the right to update this privacy information as needed to adapt it to changes in legal frameworks or internal processes.
