Preparation and advice

• Determination of requirements: Contact us to discuss your individual wishes and recipes for the Power Generating Bike. We will clarify how many people should take part and on which date the health event should take place.

Organization and implementation

• Prerequisites:
  5 min per person I 4×4 m area
• Structure: Our BGM team prepares everything for the implementation of the Power Generating Bike and provides the necessary technical equipment and ingredients.
• Implementation: On the day of the event, our specialist staff will be supervising the Power Generating Bike. They will be on hand to guide participants through the power generation process, answer questions and provide valuable nutrition tips.
• Optional: Welcome by the management or a responsible person to emphasize the importance of the measure.

Evaluation and follow-up
