Preparation and advice

• Determination of requirements: Contact us to discuss your individual wishes and goals for the day of action. Together we will clarify the date on which the health campaign should take place, the time frame, how many people should take part and how they can best be coordinated on the campaign day.
• Communication: Inform your employees internally about the upcoming measure and the benefits of participation.

Organization and implementation

• Prerequisites:
  20 min per person | no changing rooms | 5×5 m area
• Structure: Our BGM team prepares everything for the implementation and brings along all the necessary materials.
• Implementation: The health campaign is carried out exclusively by qualified specialist staff. The appointments take place individually with the employees.

Evaluation and follow-up

• Results: During the simulation, employees immediately experience what the various age-related limitations feel like. Our specialist staff also provide valuable recommendations and tips for a healthy everyday (working) life.
• Further measures: The company receives recommendations for further measures in the context of occupational health management.
• Obtain feedback: After the campaign day, you will have the opportunity to give us your feedback. We would like to know how the age simulation suit was received by your employees and which aspects were particularly positive or in need of improvement.
